Linnflux — Est. 2014

Accessible to All. Defensible by Design.

ADA Web Work is our accessibility division. We audit your website against WCAG standards, remediate what fails, certify the result, and keep it compliant as your site changes.

Roughly one in four American adults lives with a disability. An inaccessible website turns those customers away at the door — and since 2019, it’s also a legal liability that’s produced thousands of lawsuits.

In 2019 we created ADA Web Work, our division specializing in website accessibility. The process is straightforward: audit, remediate to WCAG 2.1 AA, certify, and monitor.

What's Included

Real Legal Context

Since 2019, courts have allowed people with visual impairments to sue businesses whose websites aren't accessible. We'll tell you honestly where you stand.

Certificate of Compliance

Remediation ends with a certificate to keep on file — and we handle accessibility inquiries as long as standards and your site structure remain.

Human + Automated Testing

Scanners catch maybe a third of WCAG failures. Our team tests with real assistive technology.

Stays Compliant

Websites change. Monitoring catches new issues before they become complaints.

Honest Pricing

Thorough ADA remediation typically runs $3k–$8k for small businesses. We streamlined the process to bring that down.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does my website legally need to be ADA compliant?

If your business benefits the public, you're a local, state, or government agency, or you're a private employer with 15 or more employees — yes, accessibility requirements likely apply to you. Since 2019 courts have allowed suits against retailers whose websites aren't accessible.

What standard do you remediate to?

WCAG 2.1 AA — the standard courts and the Department of Justice reference. Your certificate of compliance documents the conformance level and date.

Is an accessibility overlay widget enough?

No. Overlay widgets alone don't make a site compliant and haven't protected businesses from suits. Our approach fixes the underlying code; the widget is a supplement for user preference controls, not the fix.

What does ADA compliance cost?

Our audit is $450 (credited toward remediation). Full remediation starts at $2,900 depending on site size and condition — compared to a typical market rate of $3,000–$8,000. Existing Linnflux customers get discounted legacy rates.

What happens if someone files an accessibility complaint about my site?

If we've certified your site, we handle inquiries into its accessibility so long as standards and your site structure remain. Monitoring customers get priority response.
